Financial Planning Analyst

About the role

You will work directly with the Group Head of Finance to build and scale the Finance function across a fast‑growing e‑commerce group headquartered in Dubai. This role offers the chance to design reporting frameworks, drive budgeting cycles and embed financial insights into multiple businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly consolidated reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for all entities with D+8 delivery and variance analysis.
• Lead the annual budget exercise and continuous re‑forecasting for each business.
• Design and implement weekly cash‑flow reporting per entity together with the automation team.
• Integrate operational KPIs into each entity’s P&L to provide actionable business insights.
• Support the set‑up of the Group’s banking structure and cash‑pool.
• Monitor inter‑company flows, including recharges, current accounts and management fees.
• Act as the main liaison for entity accountants, ensuring data accuracy and alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, audit, TAS or corporate finance.
• Graduate of a Grande École de Commerce, a university master in Finance, or equivalent.
• Full professional proficiency in French (working language) and fluent English for external partners.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to build structure from scratch.
• Exposure to e‑commerce, retail or high‑growth startups is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with FP&A or BI tools (beneficial but not mandatory).
