About the role

Join a prestigious fine‑dining restaurant in Downtown Dubai as a Waitress. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages according to service standards.
• Set tables for various events and answer menu‑related questions.
• Communicate with the kitchen about orders, dietary requirements, and product availability.
• Record transactions using the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks.
• Check guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies.
• Assist guests with disabilities and provide courteous, professional service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Clear, professional communication skills and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS POS system.
