FinTech Internship Program – Multiple Functions

About the role

The Tamara Internship Program offers students the chance to work in a fast‑moving FinTech unicorn based in Dubai. Interns can apply once and indicate the function they are most excited about, ranging from product and engineering to marketing and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support product managers by researching user needs, analysing data and helping shape new features.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on live code, building features and improving systems.
• Assist designers in creating user flows, wireframes and visual assets for fintech solutions.
• Work with data teams to prepare analytics reports and help measure product impact.
• Help commercial teams identify, pitch and manage merchant partners.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, brand storytelling and growth initiatives.
• Support finance and accounting tasks such as month‑end close and financial reporting.
• Participate in strategic research, competitor benchmarking and executive‑level projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA or PhD in a relevant field.
• Strong curiosity, self‑motivation and a willingness to learn in a high‑performance environment.
• Prior internship, co‑op or project experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving instincts.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic tools of your discipline.
