About the role
Wellfit, a fitness centre in Sharjah, is looking for a Fitness Instructor to be the face of the gym floor. The role creates member-focused experiences that inspire people to reach their fitness goals.
Key responsibilities
- Engage, motivate and support members on the gym floor and cardio area.
- Provide exercise guidance, technique correction and fitness advice.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised training environment.
- Educate members on equipment usage and gym etiquette.
- Monitor facility standards and report maintenance requirements.
- Build strong member relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
Required profile
- 2+ years of fitness industry experience.
- REPs Level 3 or equivalent fitness certification.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and training principles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for helping members succeed in their fitness journey.
