Flagship Store Director – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Flagship Store Director will own a high‑volume luxury boutique in Dubai Mall, driving commercial performance and shaping the client experience for a leading international Maison.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial targets, managing sales, profitability, budgets and operating costs.
• Lead and develop a senior management team, setting clear expectations and fostering future leaders.
• Oversee product assortment, buying, inventory and category performance in collaboration with regional and international teams.
• Maintain client relationships, support private appointments, events and ensure a client‑focused culture.
• Manage operational aspects such as inventory accuracy, security, staffing, boutique presentation and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience directing a flagship luxury store generating ~USD 50 million+ annually.
• Leadership of teams of 50+ employees with a strong senior management structure.
• Demonstrated commercial track record and ability to improve business performance.
• Experience with ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clientele and luxury fashion, leather goods or accessories.
• Comfort presenting to senior regional and international executives and travelling overseas as needed.
