Fleet Sales Executive - Automotive

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Fleet Sales Executive for an automotive company in Dubai. The role covers business development and sales to fleet and government clients, client relationship management, coordination with internal departments and reporting on sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fleet and government segments through market research, and prepare and present proposals and quotations to corporate and government clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms and fleet purchase agreements in line with company policies and profit margins, and achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with fleet clients, leasing companies and government entities, act as the main contact for key accounts and follow up on delivery, registration and after-sales support.
• Work with finance, logistics, after-sales and registration to complete sales transactions, keep client records and pipeline reports up to date in CRM tools, and report on sales performance, market trends and competitors.
• Take part in promotional events, trade shows and exhibitions, and share customer feedback and market insights with management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of fleet or government sales experience in the automotive industry; UAE experience highly preferred.
• Experience with Chinese or emerging automotive brands is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory; proficiency in English is required, Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market, tendering processes and fleet procurement.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and strong business acumen.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
