About the role
Blackstone Delivery operates a large motorcycle fleet that serves Dubai's leading food‑delivery platforms. We are seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to lead the riders on the ground, ensure daily operational targets are met, and maintain compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise riders daily, managing attendance, shift schedules, zone assignments and performance metrics.
- Achieve platform targets for order acceptance, on‑time delivery and online rider hours.
- Handle incidents such as accidents, fines, vehicle breakdowns and rider‑related issues.
- Maintain compliance of motorcycles, RTA permits and documentation.
- Report daily fleet statistics and performance data to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in last‑mile delivery operations in Dubai, including direct rider supervision.
- Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Talabat, Noon or similar.
- Strong knowledge of RTA delivery rules and Dubai zone logistics.
- Valid UAE driving licence; motorcycle licence preferred.
- Fluent in English; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
