About the role
Join the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah team and help create memorable guest experiences. As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will support dining, bar, room service and event operations while delivering the warmth of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
- Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and maintain high service standards.
- Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins and placing tableware.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
