About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant at Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites delivers friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience in line with the hotel's luxury standards. This role supports daily restaurant operations, maintains cleanliness, and contributes to overall guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating and dining arrangements, and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, serve according to hotel standards, and handle guest bills and payments.
- Prepare and maintain restaurant tables, service stations, and dining areas before, during, and after service.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and special dietary requirements.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service, including buffet setup, replenishment, clearing, and breakdown.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, equipment, and service areas, following HACCP and food safety standards.
- Monitor supplies, report shortages or maintenance issues, and promote menu specials.
