About the role
Join our hotel’s hospitality team in Dubai as a Food and Beverage Captain, where you will lead daily F&B operations and create memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactive service.
- Plan, organize and execute events such as breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas.
- Oversee function‑room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet specifications.
- Communicate event details to all F&B teams and ensure smooth breakdown and storage of equipment.
- Manage the F&B team through scheduling, supervision, coaching and recognition.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and creating warm guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
