About the role

As a Food & Beverage Associate you will be the front‑line of the dining experience, ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly service and a clean environment. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to maintain high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
• Take customer orders, answer menu questions and make recommendations.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Serve meals and beverages according to presentation guidelines.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and requests courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area, set tables and clear dishes.
• Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow hygiene, health and safety procedures.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
