Food & Beverage Attendant - All Day Dining

About the role

Grand Plaza Mövenpick Media City is looking for an energetic, customer-focused F&B attendant to join its All-Day Dining team. You will serve guests from breakfast to dinner, taking orders, serving food and beverages and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus, answering questions and making recommendations
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly with proper plating and presentation
• Anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, clear plates and handle requests for extra items or condiments
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff for smooth service
• Handle cash and credit card transactions correctly
• Help set up and clean dining areas, arrange tables and maintain cleanliness

Required profile

• Previous experience as an F&B attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in a dining environment

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cuisines and food and beverage pairing
• Basic math for cash handling and ability to operate a POS system
