Food & Beverage Attendant – Seven Sports Bar

About the role

Join NH Collection Dubai The Palm as a Food & Beverage Attendant in the Seven Sports Bar, delivering friendly and professional service to guests while upholding the hotel’s high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions and products.
• Promote menu items and support upselling opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain tables and service areas before, during and after service.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Communicate guest feedback and special requests to supervisors.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding and other team members.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant, bar or hospitality environment preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Friendly, positive and professional attitude with good communication skills.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance and ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
