About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures food and beverage operations run smoothly, delivering memorable experiences for guests. This role involves setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies while upholding the brand’s Gold Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).
- Read and verify menu information, ensuring accuracy for guests.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
- No supervisory experience needed.
