About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Hostess to join the Southern Sun Abu Dhabi team. The role involves welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, handling reservations and walk‑ins.
- Present menus, wine lists and promotional offers, answering guest queries.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor and uphold hygiene, safety and environmental standards.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate records in the reservation system.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
