About the role
The Food & Beverage Service Apprentice will support the Rush Bar team at W Hotels on Yas Island, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. Working on the floor, you will assist with table settings, order taking, and ensuring a clean and safe service environment while learning the fundamentals of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintain work areas and supplies throughout service.
- Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and coordinate with bar staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and provide courteous service.
- Follow health, safety and company policies, maintaining personal appearance and uniform standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, moving items, and navigating uneven or slippery surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time on an on‑site basis.
