About the role
The Guest Service Assistant creates memorable dining experiences for guests, handling everything from table setup to final bill while ensuring high standards of service and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests throughout their meal.
- Maintain clean work areas, manage supplies, and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 25 lb unaided.
- Interact with guests professionally, ensuring their needs are met and the dining experience is smooth.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
