About the role
The Guest Service Expert at Cafe Belge will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, serve guests, and manage menu information accurately.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist guests with special requests, handle transactions, and uphold the Gold Standards of service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food and beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
