About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will brighten guests' days, oversee banquet operations and deliver memorable experiences that enhance every stay.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactive service.
- Plan, organize and execute events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas.
- Oversee flawless event setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet specifications.
- Communicate event details and updates to all Food & Beverage teams.
- Manage event breakdown, storing equipment correctly for subsequent functions.
- Supervise the F&B team, handling scheduling, coaching and recognition.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Previous Food and Beverage experience in a supervisory role.
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of work situations.
