Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Mama Shelter Dubai is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the team and set the tone for every shift. The role covers service excellence, floor management, guest satisfaction, team coaching and sales, within a brand described as a creator of living spaces and a daily director.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team by motivating, coaching and empowering staff to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure every guest has a seamless and memorable dining experience
• Oversee daily operations, coordinate service flow and manage the floor so every table and guest is attended to
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and empathetically
• Mentor and train team members, giving them guidance and encouragement
• Make sure service, presentation, hygiene and safety standards are met and exceeded
• Promote menu highlights and special offers to drive revenue
• Solve operational problems quickly and build strong links between kitchen, bar and service teams
• Represent the brand and its personality to guests and team
