Food & Beverage Supervisor – Mediterranean Restaurant

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide service staff—including waiters, hosts and hosts/hostesses—to ensure a next‑level dining experience.
• Maintain visible presence on the floor, addressing guest inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Organise shift schedules, manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations and uphold health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely, aesthetically pleasing food and beverage delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, control waste and drive upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures in partnership with the Restaurant Manager.

Required profile

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑Of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using restaurant management software.
