Food Runner

About the role

A UAE-based retail group, Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER, which owns several F&B concepts such as Social House, Karak House, Angelina, Gia, Markette, Two Bistro, Caya, Parka, Krema, Carpo, Ganache Chocolatier, The Good Hood Kitchen, Klay by Karak and Kuku, is hiring a Food Runner in Abu Dhabi. The role runs food and beverage orders from bar or kitchen to the assigned table or area and keeps the dining space tidy.

Key responsibilities

• Run food and beverage orders from bar/kitchen to the assigned table or area
• Set up service stations, clean and clear empty tables, change ashtrays where applicable, and clean floors and windows
• Keep the store and outside area neat and clean
• Help set up and open the restaurant
• Assist the front-of-house team in serving food and drinks
• Make sure all guests are attended to and tell waiters about guest comments or requests
• Assist in cleaning the restaurant according to standard procedures

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform repetitious duties
