Food Server

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food Server to join our team and deliver an excellent dining experience for our guests in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive.
• Present menus, answer questions and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle complaints or special requests with patience.
• Process payments (cash, credit cards, etc.) and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer‑service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a team‑player mindset.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
