About the role
Join JW Marriott Marquis Dubai as a Food Services Supervisor for All Day Dining Kitchen Six, overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure staff teamwork, monitor grooming, and address deficiencies.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the area.
- Inspect storage for organization, FIFO usage, and cleanliness.
- Manage inventories, stock requisitions, and work orders for maintenance.
- Monitor dining room seating, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related food service experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
