Footwear Designer – Concept to Production

About the role

We are seeking a Footwear Designer based in Dubai to take shoe concepts through to production‑ready designs and technical tech packs. The role blends creative design with detailed technical development to ensure designs are manufacturable.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop footwear collections from initial concept to final product.
• Create detailed sketches, colorways, material specifications, and construction details.
• Prepare accurate, factory‑ready technical tech packs including measurements, materials, components, stitching, branding, and construction specifications.
• Collaborate closely with factories and sample developers throughout sampling and revisions.
• Review samples, provide technical corrections, and ensure the final product matches the design intent.
• Research footwear trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Footwear Designer.
• Strong understanding of footwear construction, fit, and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to create complete, production‑ready tech packs.
• Portfolio showcasing actual footwear designs and technical development.
• Attention to detail and commercial awareness.
