Forex Trainer - UK Retention Team

About the role

A recruiter for Decision Management Consultants is hiring a Forex Trainer for a leading Dubai-based Forex trading company. The trainer leads training programmes for retention agents handling UK market clients, covering client retention, reactivation and revenue maximisation, and mentors teams on objection handling, upselling and cross-selling.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced training on client retention, reactivation and revenue maximisation in the Forex space
• Mentor retention teams on objection handling, upselling, cross-selling and long-term client engagement
• Run weekly onboarding sessions and structured performance evaluations
• Develop high-performing, target-driven UK retention teams and manage and scale teams of 100+ agents
• Drive client lifetime value and retention-focused revenue strategies
• Monitor and optimise KPIs such as retention rate, client activity and revenue per client
• Train internal teams on financial markets (Forex, stocks, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies)
• Oversee Introducing Broker and affiliate relationships, partner performance and commission structures

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Forex Trainer in UK market retention
• Strong background in retaining UK-based Forex clients
• Solid knowledge of financial markets (Forex, stocks, commodities, crypto)
• Experience training internal teams on trading products and market fundamentals
• Ability to manage large-scale retention teams of 100+ agents
• Hands-on experience in client calling, retention and revenue generation
