Forward Deployed AI Scientist

About the role

BCG X, the technology and innovation arm of Boston Consulting Group, is looking for a Forward Deployed AI Scientist to join its Dubai team. You will own the end‑to‑end analytics value chain, from framing business challenges to designing, implementing and scaling AI solutions for clients across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Frame new business challenges and design innovative algorithms that drive measurable impact.
• Implement, test and deploy scalable AI solutions, ensuring they are production‑ready.
• Enable colleagues and clients to adopt AI by providing guidance, training and thought leadership.
• Develop and deliver scientific papers, lead conferences and represent BCG X in the AI community.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders to translate technical results into clear business outcomes.
