Founder Content Creator & Videographer (On-site, Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Dubai‑based Founder Content Creator & Videographer to become the visual storyteller for a growing personal brand. Working directly with the founder, you will film, edit and publish short‑form video content that captures authentic moments and drives audience engagement across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Film and edit short‑form videos from concept to final cut, handling the entire production workflow.
• Direct the founder during shoots to capture authentic, high‑impact footage.
• Develop hooks, story angles and recurring series ideas that turn everyday business moments into compelling content.
• Publish and adapt videos for Instagram Reels/Stories, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Track performance metrics (watch time, completion rate, saves, shares) and iterate content strategy accordingly.
• Maintain organized raw footage, project files and a running content/idea board.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai/UAE (remote applicants will not be considered).
• Strong command of English.
• Portfolio of at least three short‑form video pieces with clear personal contribution.
• Proven end‑to‑end filming and editing capabilities.
• Fast, independent, reliable and open to feedback.
• Driver’s licence and personal mobility in Dubai is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CapCut (Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a bonus).
