FP&A Analyst - Raffles & Fairmont Global

About the role

Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts are hiring an FP&A Analyst in Dubai, reporting to the FP&A Manager. The analyst supports the manager in day-to-day tasks, develops analysis and interpretation of financial data and communicates it through clear data and analytics stories. The role gives management visibility on performance to help executives make strategic, data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and upload of corporate Last Estimates forecasts (LE1, LE2, LE3) into OneStream R&C for the R&F global scope.
• Assist in preparing the annual corporate budget and ensure timely, accurate data loading into OneStream R&C.
• Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse financial data from stakeholders to contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
• Support the monthly, quarterly and annual Performance Review reporting package presented to senior leadership.
• Monitor financial performance indicators such as revenue, payroll costs, FTEs and operating expenses.
• Perform Actual vs. Budget and Actual vs. Forecast analyses, identify key variances and prepare supporting commentary.
• Consolidate financial and operational data, check data quality and support compliance with Group financial standards and reporting guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute monthly P&L reports and related analyses to functional leaders.
• Help develop reporting tools, dashboards and processes to improve efficiency and data reliability.
• Prepare management reports including topline reporting, P&L analyses, waterfall analyses, KPI dashboards and business performance presentations.
• Collaborate with Operations Finance, Development and other corporate functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with OneStream, Tableau and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of BI and data visualization tools (OneStream Analytics, Tableau or similar) is an asset.
