FP&A Manager – Aviation Leasing & Finance (Dubai)

About the role

We are partnering with an international aviation leasing and finance platform to hire an FP&A Manager based in Dubai. The role supports financial planning, commercial analysis and strategic decision‑making across a growing global business.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term business planning.
• Develop financial models and management reporting.
• Analyse business performance and key financial drivers.
• Provide commercial insight to support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
• Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis to senior leadership.
• Contribute to improvements in FP&A systems, reporting and processes.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial‑modelling experience.
• Commercially focused with excellent analytical capabilities.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders in an international environment.
• Experience in aviation leasing, aviation finance, asset finance or another asset‑intensive sector is preferred.
• Collaborative, proactive and improvement‑focused approach.
