Franchise Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Franchise Manager to lead and grow our franchise network, ensuring partners meet company standards, achieve sales targets, and maintain brand consistency across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing franchise partners and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and implement franchise sales and growth plans aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor franchise performance, KPIs, profitability and ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.
• Identify and evaluate new franchise partners and expansion opportunities.
• Support the opening of new franchise stores, including site assessment, setup, training and launch coordination.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and other departments to meet franchise needs.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow‑up on financial obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, sales or business development.
• Experience in perfume, beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
