Freelance 2D Designer for Experiential Events

About the role

We are seeking a freelance 2D Designer to join our global brand experience and event agency. The role focuses on creating visual content for live events, exhibitions, and brand activations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop captivating designs for event spaces and activations.
• Create graphic collaterals such as key visuals, digital banners, social media assets, invitations, and print materials for high‑profile campaigns.
• Design professional presentation decks and pitch layouts.
• Ensure all visual assets follow global brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, 3D spatial designers, and technical production teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of 2D design experience, preferably within an experiential or event agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing event branding, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Own residence visa, NOC, and UAE work permit.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday from the Dubai Media City office.
• Fully equipped with own laptop and design software.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
