About the role

Monks is creating a vibrant freelance community for creative professionals across the MENA region. The initiative invites experienced Creative Directors, Copywriters, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, AV Designers, Social Strategists and Influencer Managers to collaborate on diverse client projects. Members will benefit from Monks' AI‑driven marketing platform and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high‑impact creative concepts for digital and traditional campaigns.
• Produce copy, visual designs, video and audio assets that align with client objectives.
• Manage social media strategies and influencer collaborations to boost brand engagement.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including data‑driven marketing specialists, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience working within the GCC or broader MENA market.
• Fluent Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
