Freelance Designer – BIM Coordination & 3D Modeling

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Designer to create coordinated civil, structural, architectural and MEP drawings from concept through construction for diverse building projects. The role involves producing detailed construction, shop and as‑built drawings and developing both 2D and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coordinated construction, shop and as‑built drawings for civil, structural, architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Develop and manage 2D drawings and 3D BIM models in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines, perform clash detection and ensure design accuracy.
• Prepare documentation for local authority approvals and verify compliance with building codes and construction methods.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate architectural, civil and MEP requirements and provide timely updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary drawing packages for building projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple drawing sets simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineers, architects and contractors.
• Availability for remote collaboration and timely project delivery.
