About the role

Development Central is a mobile app that links teachers with parents across the UAE for private 1:1 tutoring. As a freelance teacher you will deliver high‑quality lessons, create engaging materials and support learners in achieving their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online and/or in‑person classes in your subject area (Maths, English, Science, Arabic, French, Spanish, CAT4 exam preparation).
• Design interactive learning resources tailored to each learner’s needs.
• Provide constructive feedback and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Stay current with subject trends and collaborate with the Development Central team to improve the platform.

Required profile

• Relevant qualifications and certifications in the teaching field.
• Proven teaching experience with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, organised and able to manage your own schedule.
• Possession of a Private Tutor Permit from MOHRE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online teaching tools and platforms.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
