About the role

This position supports a fast‑growing AI‑focused technology company by reviewing, validating, and processing French‑language financial documents. The analyst ensures that invoices, receipts, and contracts meet accounting standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to transparent financial reporting and audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of invoices, receipts, and contracts written in French.
• Categorize, code, and record financial documents in the organization’s ERP/financial system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies before final approval.
• Maintain organized digital records with clear audit trails for internal and external reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations while handling sensitive data.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English with strong written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial document processing, accounting support, or related finance administration.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
