About the role
This entry‑level position supports the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable function. The role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to develop practical finance and accounting skills in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with company policies.
- Process refunds, credit notes and other receivable transactions.
- Respond to customer emails, walk‑ins and phone inquiries within defined timeframes.
- Act as the first point of contact for basic to intermediate accounts‑receivable queries and complaints.
- Perform any additional receivable‑related tasks as directed by the manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant internship or work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
