Front Office Agent

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Al Zorah Beach Resort, a luxury coastal retreat preparing for the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in 2028. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless check‑in, check‑out and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in/check‑out, and assign rooms according to service standards.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns with professionalism and ownership.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences and reservations in Opera PMS.
• Process payments, billing adjustments and cashiering transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge and other departments to ensure room readiness.
• Provide recommendations on resort facilities, dining and local attractions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office or Guest Services experience, preferably in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to manage guest concerns effectively.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Opera PMS or a comparable property management system.
• Understanding of reservations, guest billing, cashiering and Front Office procedures.
