Front Office Duty Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead our Front Office team at Zabeel House The Greens, a vibrant luxury hotel in Dubai. The role ensures seamless operations, high service standards, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office operations, aligning with Jumeirah service standards and property strategy.
• Conduct room inspections to verify availability and compliance with operational standards.
• Coordinate activities across departments to enhance cooperation and service delivery.
• Participate in daily briefings and communication meetings to keep the team informed and aligned.
• Manage booking situations, including handling overbooking when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and entrance, working closely with Housekeeping and Concierge teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Front Office experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, guest service standards, room management, reservations, cash handling procedures, and hotel systems.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop Front Office teams while ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and leadership skills, with the capacity to manage guest concerns effectively.
