Front Office Host

About the role

As a Front Office Host at Hilton Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences. You will represent Hilton’s commitment to exceptional hospitality and help guests feel valued throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome information.
• Process departures efficiently by confirming charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel rooms, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximise revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and manage internal communications.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a proactive, urgent approach to tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale and front‑desk software.
• Ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
