Front Office Manager

About the role

Royal Hospital Dubai Investment Park is looking for a Front Office Manager to lead the front office department and deliver client-centred services to patients. The role covers team management, scheduling, quality monitoring and financial reporting, and follows NMC quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the front office department, keeping performance management contracts in place and conducting bi-annual performance conversations.
• Identify high-potential talent, develop training plans and monitor onboarding and probation sign-offs.
• Work with the recruitment team, monitor department scheduling and physician schedules, and ensure follow-up appointments are booked.
• Monitor Press Ganey patient feedback reports and support higher survey participation.
• Prepare and analyse outstanding and revenue reports, update the system with payments received, and generate age analysis reports.
• Handle challenging clients professionally, ensure the front office meets NMC quality and safety standards, and support patient experience initiatives.
• Follow the duty schedule with different shifts, adhere to NMC regulations including infection control, patient safety and JCI, and maintain patient and staff confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years' experience in a healthcare environment.
• At least 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory position.
