Gaming Credit & Collections Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced manager to lead its Gaming Credit & Collections team. The role involves overseeing credit policies, ensuring responsible credit extension, and managing collections while supporting the upcoming integrated resort’s financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor the gaming credit and collections team.
• Apply effective credit policies to minimize risk and ensure responsible credit extension.
• Review and endorse gaming credit applications, verifying guest creditworthiness.
• Monitor outstanding credit balances and produce regular risk and aging reports.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements in line with company policies and regulations.
• Escalate collection efforts and coordinate with legal counsel when required.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls and company policies.
• Liaise with operations, finance, cage and legal teams to resolve credit issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and support audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit management, collections or related finance roles.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, regulatory compliance and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
