Garage Service Advisor – Auto Workshop

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our auto workshop in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. You will be the primary liaison between vehicle owners and our technicians, ensuring efficient service flow and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand vehicle concerns and explain repair needs.
• Open and manage job cards, recording all service details accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize jobs and monitor progress.
• Provide cost estimates, timelines and keep customers updated on status.
• Follow up after service to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
• Promote additional repairs, preventive maintenance and workshop offers.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare invoices and schedule future service appointments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Service Advisor in a UAE‑based auto workshop.
• Good knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance procedures.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
