Gas Suppression Sales Support Engineer

About the role

Viking EMEA is seeking a proactive Sales Support Engineer to champion our gas suppression product line across the Middle East. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to help local teams achieve their revenue and margin targets while continuously improving our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and on‑site support for gas and detection products to customers and internal staff.
• Prepare system bills of material from tender documents to assist local offices in quoting.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to identify new project opportunities and present product advantages.
• Produce technical submissions, documentation, and proposals for customers.
• Organise and deliver training seminars both in‑house and at customer sites.
• Network with specifiers and promote Viking participation in local trade associations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with gas suppression systems.
• Background in technical sales or project leadership within fire protection.
• Technical/engineering education with a solid understanding of contracting and specification processes.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time across the Middle East and occasionally to Europe.
