About the role
We are looking for a General Engineer to join the engineering team of a 5‑star hotel. The role focuses on maintaining and planning hotel facilities to ensure full availability, serviceability and minimal disruption for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on all hotel assets.
- Plan and oversee reconstruction and renovation works to meet quality standards.
- Develop and follow emergency recovery procedures to guarantee guest safety.
- Collaborate with other departments, communicating proactively to support guest‑centric service.
- Monitor performance against service standards and take corrective actions when needed.
Required profile
- Minimum certification in Maintenance Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar engineering role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance for hotel assets.
