About the role
The General Foreman – Civil will lead daily civil construction activities, overseeing multiple crews to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role collaborates closely with planners, engineers, and project managers to keep the site progressing according to specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction tasks across various trades.
- Schedule work for multiple crews and monitor progress and quality.
- Enforce safety and quality procedures, resolving issues and conflicts on site.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to Project Management.
- Assist engineers in technical evaluation of site personnel.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent in Civil or Construction-related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Experience on commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
