About the role
The General Housekeeping Associate supports exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order throughout the hotel. Working in a highly empowered environment, you will ensure rooms, public areas and service zones are always ready for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of rooms, corridors, lift landings, pantries and other public areas according to hotel standards.
- Ensure all guest areas are attractive, well‑stocked and ready for use throughout the day.
- Handle guest requests promptly, delivering timely service and preventing complaints.
- Communicate proactively with fellow team members to support seamless guest experiences.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
- Proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
