About the role

Join La Petite Maison as General Manager for a brand‑new beachfront venue in Dubai, delivering timeless French‑Mediterranean cuisine in a luxury setting. You will be the driving force behind the guest experience, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire operation across all restaurant spaces.
• Own revenue, budgets and full P&L responsibility.
• Build, lead and inspire a large, multi‑disciplinary team.
• Protect and elevate the La Petite Maison brand standards.
• Partner with culinary and bar leadership to ensure seamless service.
• Drive covers, VIP experiences and standout hospitality.
• Maintain rigorous standards for safety, compliance and quality.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and commercial results.
• People‑first leadership style with strong team development skills.
• Deep knowledge of premium French‑Mediterranean dining.
• Hands‑on, charismatic presence from floor to strategy.
• Hospitality degree; pre‑opening experience is a strong plus.
