General Manager – Beachfront Restaurant (Future Opening)

About the role

La Petite Maison is preparing to launch a new beachfront restaurant in Dubai, offering French‑Mediterranean cuisine with a relaxed, elegant vibe. As General Manager you will be the strategic and operational leader, responsible for delivering the brand’s high standards and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operation across all dining spaces, ensuring seamless service and brand consistency.
• Own revenue targets, budgets and full P&L accountability.
• Recruit, develop and inspire a large, multi‑disciplinary team.
• Collaborate closely with culinary and bar leaders to maintain menu excellence.
• Drive VIP covers, special events and premium hospitality experiences.
• Maintain strict safety, compliance and quality standards.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering commercial results.
• People‑first leadership style with the ability to motivate large teams.
• Deep knowledge of premium French‑Mediterranean dining concepts.
• Hands‑on, charismatic presence from floor to strategy.
• Hospitality degree preferred; pre‑opening experience is a strong plus.
