General Manager – Digital Out of Home Media Network

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager to lead a premier out‑of‑home media network in Dubai, driving the transformation of traditional static assets into a data‑driven digital platform. This executive role combines strategic vision, commercial growth, and operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a strategic roadmap to evolve static out‑of‑home inventory into dynamic digital assets.
• Drive overall commercial strategy, expanding revenue streams through programmatic platforms, dynamic content, and bundled media offers.
• Manage full revenue and business growth targets across all media formats.
• Optimize asset yield while evaluating and securing new high‑value media sites and concessions.
• Lead operational workflows including permitting, technology integration, screen installation, and vendor management.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team across commercial, product, and operational functions.
• Maintain key relationships with municipal entities, regulatory authorities, and public‑sector stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, media, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience within out‑of‑home media, digital out‑of‑home, or advertising sectors.
• Proven track record of executing digital transformation and business growth in the media sector.
• Deep familiarity with the UAE advertising ecosystem, regulatory frameworks, and municipal stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and commercial strategy skills.
